Welcome to a week in my life zoom university edition! I am a final year student at the University of Washington in Seattle and I am studying International Studies and Linguistics. I wanted to share with you what my school week looks like taking classes online, what assignments and projects are involved in my major, and give you an idea of what it looks like to study these fields.

    Thank you so much!!! I was really excited to see this video because your major and minor are exactly what I want to do at UW! It's a lovely coincidence but do you have any tips or advice for when I apply? I'm a senior in high school but I'm also completing an AA so I plan on transferring in:) Was IS +Ling Minor had to get into?

    Ling and IS are not very difficult to get into as long as you do the prerequisites and show genuine interest! Linguistics is an open major and IS accepts around 50% (?) but that's just what I heard. They're great departments and I wish you the best.
