4:54 the theory this is about Jake gyllenhaal, who is obviously not in an indie band, however he is comparing the records he listens to to the records she makes, she also brings up the indie music in another song: I bet you think about me " I bet you think about me when you're out at your cool indie music concerts every week"

This was about her relationship with Jake Gyllenhaal, he was quite the snob and always reminding her how he was much better than her (she’s mentioned this on several songs). He hated her music so when they broke up for good, she set her mind into making a song that would be such a hit that it’d be impossible for him to avoid it, just to annoy the fuck out of him. And boy, did she succeed, because I cannot think of many songs as overplayed as this one back in 2012/2013.

Taylor said this video was shot in one take! She said quote “This was a one-camera, one-shot, no-editing-involved video. So literally the minute we wrapped the final take, we watched it back - and we knew what the video looked like!”

I loooove your channel and reactions! I'm a music Stan, I love it. My only critique I would say is, yes keep the open and free reactions but I would love if you would do a little more research of the artist for that week. Even just the era or years the videos came out so you can have a little more context of the vibe. Other than that, I fully enjoy you guys banter and natural reactions. But sometimes it gets lost with no basic info from y'all perspectives. It's all love and you have a loyal subscriber in me. Just being open and honest! ♥️♥️

I literally thought to myself "wait are they brothers?" last video when one of them said the other kinda gets angry reading some comments so make sure to comment something rude, so I was like either they're brothers or VERY good friends cause that's something my sibling and I would say to each other
