I don't think your packing her too much food, your giving her different options if she doesn't want the other but at the same time letting her try different things. the lunches you pack her are great and you've gave me great ideas! thank you so much!

I over pack for my son too - like you, I'd rather him have too much than not enough. I work at a school and it kills me when kids come to school with only half a sandwich. I KNOW they have to be hungry still :(.

for the apples you could squeeze lemons on it to keep them from browning at school.

Thank you for packing fresh fruit, kind bars and the good quality cheese into your child's lunches. I love school lunch videos, but I mostly watch them to judge the mothers. You, lady, are a great example of what to pack! I hope other Moms watch your videos and follow your example.

Your daughter has really good taste! Also, your nostalgia for the thermos with the cup reminded me that we're probably around the same age. I was here looking for lunch ideas for myself. I think I need to grow up hahahaha

Hey Evelin!! Thanks so much!! I have had a lot of questions about this hummus, apparently it's pretty difficult to find. I buy it at my local grocery store (Publix) and it's always hit or miss!! Goodluck finding it, it's awesome!!

I know this is an older video, but wanted to ask about those waffles, I have bought something similar at Wal-Mart and found one of the 4 that came in the package was moldy (they were individually wrapped in foil packs)...have you had any problems?

Really?!? No I haven't - but I don't buy them a lot. We actually have a lot left, I will go check shortly and report back if I find any mold on them! That's crazy! I don't even know if they expire, I'm sure they will expire soon! lol

THE WADS I would just make sure you open the individual package and smell it (the moldy one smelled--off) and look it over (you couldn't see the mold on mine except for one really small area that looked more like a white fuzzy than mold) if it seems ok just put it in a sandwich baggie in her lunch, but that way you're not inadvertently sending a yucky one to school with her.

Give that girl some twizzlers to drink her water with. I hear all the cool kids do it ;)

They're at one of the american Air Bases - Military! :) My husband and I traveled to Holland (Amsterdam) once and it was beautiful!!

My husband is allergic to casein - so typically we try to keep the whole house dairy free to say away from temptation for him lol but sometimes I cave! My daughter loves feta but told me her classmates told her it smells so bad so she no longer wants to pack it in her lunch!! hah!
