Week 26, Day 2
I had a pretty good night of sleep last night. I woke up this morning and was not able to work out because I got my second round of blood drawn for a blood test. I’m very interested in seeing what the results are of my blood test during this whole entire prep for the past six months. I should be getting my results in the next 10 to 14 days, then I will make a video going over all of my results.
Today was a much need recovery day! The light active movement, mobility, and stretching really helped with my aching muscles and joints. I did my 22 minutes at level 20 on the stairmaster right after that. it felt slightly harder today, but it could’ve been just due to not having a ton of energy in the tank.
Tomorrow is my last bulk chest workout! I’m going to really focus on squeezing the chest muscles and getting the most out of tomorrow’s workout to get the best muscle growth possible. Tomorrow is also my ketogenic re-feed meal. I am really looking forward to that fat head dough, pizza, gee, sardines, and Parmesan cheese! I could taste it now! Just five more days left of this final week!
