She actually cut up her feet badly when running down the hallway, she was running barefoot on the gravel floor! If you guys want to get into really good Celine Dion music, you need to start listening to her French songs. Celine’s skills are unmatched in English, now imagine what she can do with her home language. I don’t speak a word of French but her French songs are among some of THE best favorite.

Ok, so fun fact for you. The exterior of this - the "house" - is actually Castle Ploskovice in Prague Czech Republic. The song was inspired by Wuthering Heights. Celine during filming cut her feet open on the broken glass on the floor. Never said anything, never complained. Its only because someone on set the next day saw her feet - they bandaged them up and she carried on filming.

At this time period music video served a purpose other than just put visuals to the music. There are loads of cheesy music videos from the nineties. This music video really tells the story written from the legend Jim Steinman but also his songs really deserves music videos like this. Also his songs should always be listened to in its entirety like cutting down his 7 or more minute songs to like 3-4 minutes don't do them justice at all. Every part serves a purpose and it's not just filler parts or whatever.

i think of a character from a Charles dickens story, a widow who lives in great house and never goes outside, just lives has a ghost but alive. She does no longer care about fire hazards and material things. Maybe the producers of this video thought of that. A big house where family is everywhere, they lived there all their life and all those memories. it fits. yeah the ghost husband, fiancé or boyfriend is laughable but the video does make some sense.
