Looks amazing. One side of your pool will have 4 feet of room from your pool wall to your lanai? How much room will you have on the back wall to your lanai? Your lot looks huge.

We decided to end the lanai across the fountain wall, no walking space behind. We did that because we are going to put the pool equipment there. That way it won’t disturb us or either neighbor.

Definitely following this. Looking for a homesite to build on with pool for next Spring. Love those palms on your side and rear! What kind are they, and do they stay low like that? And I bet Kevin Bacon will love sunning out around the pool in the birdcage all day!
