We use those pup flatbeds in the city. Also some small machine shops they’re a lot better for getting into. It’s good for LTL multi stop

Ah oh… I can definitely see that. Makes a lot of sense. Thank you 🙏
depending on the length they use that type of trail for landscaping, they haul sod,, stone pavers, bricks, they attach a fork lift type machine called a Moffit to the rear so they can remove pallets of goods & take them to an area behind or in front of a resident where space is limited such as between houses,,
Glad you posted your latest video..thanks for sharing the current Power only loads.. especially in this time of year. Be safe out there.

That was a good week. How are you liking that truck.... seems a step up in luxury from your last. I like my Cummins N14, so I keep my old truck running.

N14 is the goal. I like that engine reminds of the BigCam 855. I love the truck a lot of room and definitely a BIGBIG step up from my last truck hahaha.
I'm glad u are back in the seat!!

New subscriber here. Very good video man. Thanks. I been out of trucking for 2 years I’m opening back up my dot. I want to do power only to start and go from there. Do you use DAT load board for this loads I’m hoping to be ready to run on April.
@pinoytrucking

Thanks 🙏. I use mainly DAT Loadboard. Good luck out there. Take your time and don’t rush into it. It’s a buyers market when it comes to equipment.

Will do man. Appreciate the reply
Can i ask is it possible to long haul loads on loadboard using daycab.? What's difference between daycab and sleeper operation wise.?
@pinoytrucking
5 ай бұрын
Operation wise no difference. Honestly if you already have the said day cab. I would go ahead and try trading it in for something with a sleeper. I think it would cost you more mentally/physically and $$$ to do OTR with a day cab.
Late to the party but guessing that small flat bed is for local, jobsite delivery of brick, block, etc with a piggyback forklift.

Hey quick question what phone holder are you using on the dash ??
@pinoytrucking

Got it from Amazon. Mob Armor Car Magnet Phone Mount. I like it a lot. A little pricey but very sturdy.

After all deductions what you get RPM . Like you run 2500 miles. How much you get in your pocket ?

My cost per mile is about 96c a mile.

@pinoytrucking bro your cost is 96c per mile or you get home 96c per mile. Please clear to me thank you .
@pinoytrucking

My cost is around 96 per mile depending on the fuel but around 96c mile as a Power Only.
@pinoytrucking
4 ай бұрын
So I would subtract 96c for every mile I run and that’s the approximate I would take home before taxes. Taxes as a single member LLC has a lot of perks so I don’t talk about it because everyone situation is different.
Oh mostly not by itself but usually with a double.
@pinoytrucking

Looks different. Never seen something like this before. It’s also grossed at 80K and made what seems to be a lot thicker material than your average on highway flatbeds.
What is power only, is it hard, and how profitable is it ???

I think it means you don't have a trailer, you use company trailers.
@kirkbrown2147

I'm not a flatbed driver but I've seen those trailers before, I mostly see them pulling lumber.
@pinoytrucking

@goodymob9638 @kirkbrown is correct. Loadout trailer = a trailer that needs to be relocated or transported without paying the average lane rate. In return you as the carrier are allowed to haul freight on said trailer.
What's wrong with you man like a home Depot or Lowe's local delivery on moffett come on man😢

@@pinoytrucking I took a break. But to long. Now the system basically has me starting over treating me as a new entrant. (I couldn't even get Progressive insurance although I did get approved by some else. It's a longer story than that). My question to you is when you restarted were you able to get loads from brokers? I've been hearing brokers won't sign on ppl with a authority (even with an old number) unless your atutroity has been active for 30 days, 60 days, 90 days or even 180 days. Can you verify this? Thx for ur response. By the way I had my own customers I've contacted them & they won't even get back to me.
Fix that deff delete
