How I wish music award/gayo gives chance to them to showcase their talents too.

*As a once I really love this cover, when others did Twice’s covers they always did this forced “aegyo” kind of thing when that’s not Twice at all. Twice is the vitamin, the fresh, positive and bright vibe that’s Twice not just about “cute” and Weeekly did really good. I just love how they really embodied all this energy for this stage. Twice will sure love this too! My girls will love these lovelies*

@@arezamnikya3921 I understand their age is suitable for this kind of concept but there’s many young idols who can’t give the same “freshness” that Twice gave. A lot idols who covers them usually forced aegyo on the performance when Twice is not about aegyo at all. Twice have this happiness/bright/fresh vibe which Weekly followed them well in it. For me it’s not about age, like Sana everyone call her a walking aegyo because of her vibe even some younger idols than her called her as the sunbae who is so cute lol and Nayeon who knets called her as “fresh like a fruit” even when she’s the oldest so what I mean is even if you’re young, not everyone can exuded the same positive, bright and positive vibe that Twice’s delivers on their stage but Weeekly did give respect for that part of Twice :)

Weeekly being able to match Twice and Seventeen's energy... they're seriously just so GOOD.

What I really love about their cover is that they aren't exaggerating their expression or voice. Sometimes, it makes me cringe when idols force themselves to look cute. It makes the performance awkward. Congrats to Weeekly for executing the performance well!

Because the industry is going that way. Girl crush concept or sexy became too mainstream, slowly but surely. Apink with dumh durum gave us the vibe of classic disco, reminds me of Sophie Ellis Bextor or Madison avenue, Gfren with mago, bts as well with dynamite, BP with lovesick girls, fromis with feel good, stayc with so bad, weeekly with hello or zigzag, maybe we've got bored with 'edm'. That's the cycle of life. IMHO.

@@maspiko I don't think thats the case with blackpink... Because whether people like it or not... BLACKPINK made their concept popular. Companies started making their girl groups like blackpink because they want success globally instead of focusing on making their groups unique.. People may hate on BLACKPINK but a lot of people enjoy their music. I think its the teddy touch more than anything. And actually lovesick girls reminded a lot of og blinks of 2016 blackpink and to me it felt nostalgic especially since lovesick girls came from jensoo. Although lovesick girls was good, alot of people prefered hylt.. I don't think anyone will reach blackpink success with the girl crush concept. Ofc they didn't make this concept but its kinda obvious.. People look at the most successful girl group RIGHT NOW and try and do the same concept as them. Also So Bad by STAYC is way better than any other rookies releases this year in my opinion. Thanks to their ceos, black eyed pilseung
