There are good arcs after the Grand Magic Games Arc which focused more to the story in Fairy Tail... After GMG arc, you can skip 24 episodes because those 24 episodes after GMG arc are just filler episodes to the anime. The Latest Season was on fire right now since it's the War arc of the series.

I am not that anime watcher but I think it's interesting to watch anime now cause I've heard the songs, it's like traditional! I've finished only one anime named "Koruko no Basuke" and I'm going to watch more!
