Hi, I'm Bigpapachunk and I run this particular part of the shindig. I help organize SCVI locals in NorCal along with my friends!
All of the bracket was played using Parsec connecting to AWS Servers based in Northern California, and this bracket is open to any and all players of all regions (connections may vary based on several factors)! Shouts out to all of the organizers from LevelUp for running WNF and special thanks to rtsRangel & SabinDeus for helping set me up the AWS servers with Parsec, and for helping with a lot of logistics and tech for stream. Also, thank you very, very much to Konmai for being the other half of this team.

Raphael has some overbearing matchups but for the most part i think hes in the lower tier in this game compared to other characters

Sometimes she does, but sometimes she has sauce. Although I do think people who label her as "super evasive" are bad. To think that in a game with Tira updraft, taki stances, sieg, 2b aerial leap, X stances, angel step etc etc is fucking insane. All of Talims stances get neutralized with step duck standing k. The power of the talim is in the counter-hit mix.
