In this video I wanted to show you all an up close look at the internals of 2 different 36" Class 150 flex wedge gate valves. These valves are new and currently having some modifications performed on them.
The big sized gate valves are just like the smaller ones except for the large sized parts. Each valve has your Body, bonnet, bonnet gasket, seats, flex wedge gate, stem gland and packing. These valves have API trim 5 which means both seat surfaces are Hard faced coated with Stellite 6 to be exact.

Hello. Please, how to unstuck gate from DN150 gate valv? I tring evaporust, but after 2 days still stuck. I want to do without damaging the brase body. .

It’s hard to say without knowing all of the details. Is the valve in line with pressure, what is the fluid, temperature etc. The best thing for a valve that is not functioning is to remove it from the line. Wish I could give better feedback. Thanks for the comment and good luck with your project.
I think thumbnail is not appropriate there is no rework done.

I appreciate the comment. You are correct. There was no rework was shown in the video. All of that content was lost and this was all that was left. Sorry for the confusion, thanks for watching.
