It was kind of unexpected... he usually looks rather arrogant (sorry to say), but I'm pretty much convinced he's rather sweet now😊 Thank you for this lovely video... Who care about so and so not attending the wedding. Those who needed to be there have paid their gentle attendance to The Sultan and his family, it was nice of them to show up at such a special event. And the ones who purposely didnot come, they have not caused any wrong to this beautiful wedding. As far as we are concerned Sultan Bolkiah and his predecessors work hard and have amassed their fortune in the oil business. The Sultan have not getting rich on the back of African slaves like some Western countries did. He has not become rich through drug trafficking and money laundering. Diplomatically speaking, the Sultan was nice enough to show up with his son to other head of state event. If they haven't participated in his own, it is their own responsibility. No one is superior to him and his family. Most of his children went to school and got Bachelor degrees and Master degrees in the business fields, in lnternational Relation, in Law...etc. They can work, they don't have to depend on the tax payers dues like some other Princes and Princesses. Sultan Bolkia has more money than King Abdullah and his son, so why should he care about them not coming to his son Prince Marteen wedding. He is a Monarch in his own right and legacy. Bruneians do not depend on France, on Great Britain or America to make their country great. They are what they are, if you want to fellowship with them great, if you don't want it is okay. 😢They don't need anybody's approval to make things work on their side..

@natasyajames6928 I don't think he was under any pressure at all. He has the world at his feet. And rich enough to enjoy it! He could have married anybody. As long as his father ok it. This was a girl he knew from his own school days and later meet again in london. And had taken her out for diner afew times. So he must have really cared for her! And of course he must have loved her and also his father knew her and her family well. So no problems. The king had total respect for her and her family. In this country respect is a big word!

It’s so beautiful, regal & every girl wants in a wedding. But honestly, ME I will never cope with so much scrutiny, processions & the whole world watching, let alone with so many outfits & jewels. I will not be able to sleep a day before my wedding let alone 10 days. I admire them both for their resilient & dedication to tradition. I guess she is suited with him & love show no boundaries ❤. You watch it when Anisha’s dad tried to kiss Prince Mateen’s hand. Prince Mateen withdrew his hand right away from Anisha dad’s hand so he could not kiss it. I don’t know the reason why.

​@@DianaSuleiman You got it wrong dearie. In ordinary family, a father and mother in law don't kiss their son in Law's hand. This is wrong. The son in law should kiss their hands. However on the other hand, we ordinary people are expected to show our respect to the Royals by kissing their hands, no matter how old or young the royal is. This is where everything went wrong. Manteen is a Royal, his parents in law are not. So, by right, they shouls kiss his hand, but Manten (bless him) felt it was not right, so he pulled his hand off. This was an awkward moment!. They should discuss this earlier...😊
