Since she's not marrying Balinese royal, her royal title was striped from her. Thus she's not entitled to royal wedding ceremonies. That's why her Balinese wedding wasn't as grand as her brothers. But the most important thing is, she looks beautiful and happy with Marcus! Maya will always be the Princess of Ubud!

As I remember Indonesia does'nt have a king anymore..Maybe she's just have some bloody hindu balinese royal family but not recognised by Indonesia , only respected by the people of Bali. Indonesia only a have a Presidence..Only Brunei & Malaysia have their own kings & queen. In Aceh, Sumatra & Riau before agreement Deutch & British & after Indonesia Independence half the part of Malay Kingdom /Sultan & Sultanane (Riau originally half the part Malacca, Johor -Riau Malay Kingdom) still separated from Malay Land (now half the part Indonesia) also all of the descendants of the royal family set off by the Indonesian people @ state to form Indonesia & to make Soekarno as Indonesia First Presidence

It's not kind of mess up tbh, you know in Bali (mostly in other area as well) usually woman who follows man after married. And in this situation, maya need to follows her husband which not come from royal family... Different with her brothers... Even if her brother married not royal woman, they didn't lost their tittle,,, but the woman they married join the royal family it self

Royal titles aren't all they're cracked up to be. Looked what happened to Harry and Meghan.

She is Royalty..difficult to find a royal in that group for her to fall in love with..truly...She went to school in Australia .. She fell in love..happy for both of them!

title is not a big deal..in modern day ..people didnt need the royal status or sort of knighthood anymore we live in the real world to respect each other not demanding the respect from other people as a courtesy since you are from a royal family.

It is unfair that they did that to Her, removing her princess title because she is marrying "A foreigner" what a joke! Exactly what happened with The Father, has he not intermarried with Foreigner "an Australian" yet still King. What is the difference here with her father, unless she should have intermarried with "anyone from Indonesia" hahaha 😆👏👏 So she is marrying another European just only then they realised how does it look " Two white Europeans " Becoming Prince & Princess of Bali , and screaming out loud they are two Balinese, sorry but how it look they cannot fool anyone in the world it smells colonialism. That so called Balinese King married her Mother, love is love but colonialism and identity & culture appropriations are colonizers talents, they are shape shifters always or stealing people culture and identity. So the last Royal family of Bali and the entire village committed suicide Self sacrifice Rituals. All of their Royals dead, and everyone in this village.So who are those people claiming to be Royals of Bali and marrying foreigners making them Royal Hahaha 😁 Asia is not the West . And Austronesians Bornéoo people had their kingdoms strecthing from Bali , Lombok, Banjarese to Singapore /Malaysia to Thailand. Those Royals are not The True indigenous Balinese, definitely just some other Indonesians tribe. They all in all made fun and have No respect for The Balinese people, Should it be remembered that All the Balinese have committed suicide because they Refuse that a freaking foreigners ruled over them, or sitting at their Thrônes. The last Balinese Royals and the entire village were all dead, on sacrifice Rituals refusing to submit to White Europeans to rule their Kingdoms. Those people are not the Real indigeneous Balinese, they are not The Real Balinese Royals either

When she's getting married with a man who is not coming from the royal family's blood,she's automatically lose her title as the princess. So there's no royal wedding for her. As the official she's not the ubud princess anymore. But in our heart as a Balinese,she's always be a princess

@@cteehuda ctee huda Yes. In the tradition of bali,Prince is allowed to choosing his prospective wife. He allowed to choose a Princess or the girl who is a member of the Royal family such as himself. And he also can be free to choose the ordinary girls. The ordinary girl who married the Prince of bali will automatically get her Royal title and become a Princess. But she would never called as " princess " she's would be only called as " Jero " . So,people usually will know if she's only the ordinary girl before getting married with the king or prince. that tittle is in the same level with a princess if she got married with Prince, and notch the Queen if she is married with the King. Her two elder brothers is married with the ordinary girls. I think it's same in everywhere.. A princess,in automatically will be lose her royal title when she's chose to married an the ordinary men
