I was thinking the same thing about the sugar work and even simple patterns in fondant aren't always easy to get perfect, yet in the description he says it's a "simple yet classy" cake. If only I was at the skill level that I could consider that simple.

I love how the guy acts like he just woke up one day and decided to make one of these amazing chocolate sculptures, while completely hiding the fact that there is a whole team of chocolate artists (working for weeks, behind the scenes) creating these designs for him and when he is ready, then he steps in front of the camera and recreates the design as if it was his own... with no credit offered to the brilliant team of a dozen people, that he pays to come up with these designs for him.

everything Amaury makes feels like a new wonder of the world. It's crazy how easily he can turn plain chocolate, sugar, flour, into works of art. Those roses are beyond incredible.

I just love when he cuts into his creations and teases us by biting into it with such joy on his face! 😂❤ Chef, you are incredible!

That's how all cakes should be done. Everything on the cake needs to be able to be eaten. Plus the entire cake is a work of art! Bravo!

I thought he was done like 3 times before he was actually done. He not only wowed me all three times but it was a smack in the face kinda wow at the end. Just stunning masterpiece!

You kinda had to wonder ... what would a wedding cake by the ultimate culinary artist would look like and it was not a let down. My favorite is that everything is so dainty and clean. He then gently cuts the cake, shows us the masterful execution, and takes a big honkin' bite! You can't help but love him. If I'm ever able, I would jump at the chance to study under him.

I watch dozens of cake videos, but this one takes the cake! His talent is incredible. The creativity is mind boggling. It’s by far the best I’ve ever seen. A true work of art. Bravo.

I am a pastry chef. And i meet a lot of pastry chef. But this guy it’s something else. He can execute either amazing chocolate art design , sugar art and pastry art , at school we learned all. But chef usually concentrate in one for business. And not every ones have the skills to do all. So congratulations this guy it’s amazing talented
