Transferring an old recording wire with a Webster Chicago 181-1 wire recorder / player. The sound you hear is not the unit's speaker; it's the speaker on the Marantz digital recorder that I'm using to capture the audio.

Neat! I found an exatly same model last summer at a local auction. Less than 15 bucks!!! No one else but me understood what it was. After some effort i made it play and what i heared made me faint! A family of musichians having a party in their living room playing fiddle, accordion, guitarr and singing some 60 years ago. If you whish i could mail you a CD-copy. I need to know where to send it.
