Hey ik you probably won’t see this but apparently some of your teammates are coming to my gym which is rouge all stars in Mobile Alabama and I was just wondering are you going to be there?

So do cheer leading teams have cheer leaders who cheer for them? Asking for my Dad.

not sure why this is called a cheer competition, when it is clearly all gymnastics. ?

I'd say an order of magnitude above gymnastics in terms of sheer athleticism and difficulty. I mean, have you seen Kat's and Caylee's mid-sections and body tones from the countless hours of movement? Add Baillee, Paige, Hailey, Cecilee, BryneLee to that list, and you get the idea. They are the athletes above any other athletes in any other sport.

It helps against patellar tendinitis. Not always the right knee, but usually on the knee they apply the most pressure.
