Sinds enige maanden de Webasto Pure in gebruik i.c.m. een Audi A3 E-Tron 1fase laden. Tot nu toe ging het probleemloos maar nu het richting de winter gaat en het vochtiger is steeds de melding met groen en rode led (F4). De Audi geeft geen enkele storing volgens de dealer en ben zelf maar eens gaan zoeken. Bij wijze van proef heb ik de allen F1 out aangesloten en dus F2 en F3 out losgehaald. Het lijkt erop dat er iets van een lekstroom oid bij vochtig weer ontstaat in de Audi stekker (zou natuurlijk niet mogen) Maar tot nu toe geen storingen meer gehad en hopen dat het zo blijft ! Ein wirklich gutes Video, zeigt die Installation in allen Einzelheiten. Nur: 1. Das gute Teil ist einfach viel zu teuer 2. Das Einfliegen des versierten Monteurs kann ich mir schon gar nicht leisten Schade

I have bought the pure II Wallbox and configured for 1 fase charging. Dipswitches 1-6 : 011001 as the manual says. The input power is on a separate circuit breaker 16A on 35A max input current. When I turn the power on, the led is white for a few seconds, blue for a few seconds and then giving a mix of red and green leds. Manual says error F3. Input configuration error. Powering the box off and on doesn't help and 2 electricians have checked the connection etc.. Webasto Hotline is on vacation :( The box doesn't charge the Car. Someone had the same problem and know how to make the box working?

hey, i am currently having similar problem but with 3-phase connection. Electrician checked, but no luck... Have you managed to fix your issue?

@@kdmitrijev I figured out that with single fase charging you also must connect only one fase of the car cable. Not mentioned in the manual. With 3 fase connection I had the same problem again. The net supplier had made a fault in the connection. Not F1 F2 F3 but F2 F1 F3 in a row. That way the current moves the wrong direction. I switched F1 and F2 in the wallbox and voila, working! I guess you have the same problem. Try this and don't forget to turn the power off! 📴 Let me know if this helped you

​@@PinballGeorgio​Tried to switch phases as you suggested and it worked! Now it gives out 10kWh on 3 phases 16A. Thanks a lot for your advice!
