Solution may be we can add stiffeners to prevent buckling. or adding plan bracing and reducing the Ly of the beam also wud help.

What are complementary forces at 6:00 ? I understand top flange and half part of a web is under compression throughout whole beam but why did you draw some mysterious complementary forces and strange diagonal crack/shape on 6:27 is not actually explained at all.

Resistance to that torque from C and T, causing shear stresses on section. Their resultant from C and T combined causes a pull and push on the web diagonally, max at supports or positions of point loads along the beam. In RC beam, the tension is taken by the links or stirrups since concrete is good in compression, steel is good in tension, so for I-beam, the concern is buckling due to resultant compression force, the push forces he drew. We stiffen the web with stiffeners, to take compression.
