Power Automate (now) has a "Delete empty rows from data table" action. Should do the trick to get rid of all the extra Excel rows automatically, which seems more like the proper way to do the RPA Challenge. 🙂
You can get a significant boost by running your flow from the console. Running it from the designer uses debug mode, which (among other things) adds the extra overhead of rendering the UI.

@@guillermocruzvega1716 I think he means running it directly from "My flows" page in the main window of Power Automate. It skips the delay between actions completely, so it's extremely fast compared to running from the designer. I'm surprised Anders didn't cover this in the video.
