The Weather Channel's Justin Michaels reports from North Sioux City, South Dakota where they saw an immense amount of rain. In fact, the entire region saw the rain that took the Big Sioux River well over its banks, flooding this entire area, ripping out infrastructure here, ripping out a roadway, and blocking 50 to 60 homes from the rest of civilization.
