Inner glove is always unsterile. He does everything correctly except needs to step back away from the field when picking up the gloves.

@@sonubhai1048 if you don't have common sense can't help it If you have scrubbed and worn a surgical gloves there's no problem with this method But if considering strict aseptic condition as in orthopaedic surgery they don't allow us to wear surgical gloves even for skin suturing or painting the surgical site Idk what you do

You should literally only touch the inner surface with your clean hands. And only touch the outer surface with your gloved hand.
