Nursary can be done anytime of the year. Provided water is available .

Spacing depends on your goal. Eg: If you want to produce big heads to supply to super markets the spacing can be between 40 to 60 cm but if you want low class markets and produce more and small heads then 30 to 40 cm is ok.
