Micheal the tank on that Harley was not for windscreen washer fluid and the small foot lever on the left side was not the kickstart. I hope this helps. 😁

It would seem that the bike would keep running off the generate even when the jump pack was disconnected . Battery and maybe wireing or generator. Just my thought .

hey guys, there is code you can put in using the buttons on the bike if you loose keys etc its set from factory if you check on line you can find out but varies from bike how to do this at least you could get home if needed
