If grammar could play football Nigeria will win hands down, not many of even Ghanaian coaches can express themselves in English they way Nigerian footballers/ex footballers do. I was moved the 1st I heard Sunday Oliseh address a crowd in London, it was really nice, I felt very proud as an African. Anyways we will beat the Eagles and your grammar cannot do anything about that.

I don't know why so many Ghanaians see this like a war! To me, the better team should win o. Africans wants the best representatives for the continent. We want to see an African country go as far as the Semi final. Ghana almost did it in 2010. Good luck to both teams.

Eguavon is technical to the extent he understands tactics, however there's more to winning than tactics. You need a playing philosophy. You cannot implement Pep Guardiola tactics with Nigeria because our players despite playing in Europe, are still Nigerian players. We are generally less clinical than Europeans. We thrive on ball possession. When we have more of the ball, then we have the opportunity to attack in our improvisational manner. To win games, we need more opportunities. We allowed Ghana to dominate in the first half and we were fortunate not to concede -- credit to Uzoho's tenacious goalkeeping. We conceded far too many corners because their wingers stretched out our defence. A team like Cameroon may have converted one of those opportunities.

Very intelligent coach with wisdom in his delivery. He talks tactical and practical. Its unfortunate Nigeria is meeting Ghana at this stage. Unlike the 2002 world cup qualifier where a lot took place, this is a different scenario for the eagles. It can't be like it happened in 2002. Hmmm! I wish Ghana would concentrate on rebuilding a solid team but Nigeria did not bring out any reason for that. Ghana will definitely be in Qatar

What I hve observe from Nigeria is their midfielders are not creating enough chance to the forward , mostly they rely on wingers to score goals the like of Simon and chukwueze who are threat constantly , but I will suggest this coming match let them play iwobi in midfield is a schemer who can create killer passes to osimhen currently he is on form this lad

This technical man of Nija is very sensible in his analysis. Even though he & Eguavoen may be plotting some 'dirty' trick against Ghana, he spoke very maturely. The fact is that, unless Nija employ some CIT tactics, i.e., infect Ghana key players with covid to eliminate them, create uncomfortable situations for Black stars in Abuja, buy the referee, etc., the game will be 50:50. Only God knows the winner! The Nija home vociferous crowd in Abuja will add nothing to the outcome of the 2nd leg; just as Baba Yara didn't give Ghana home goal. Ghana is resolve to go to Qatar and statistics shows that Nija is beatable in Abuja. God willing, we'll beat Nija with a painful one:Nil.
