Don't boil and then cool the milk by putting the bottle in water, as the milk then causes gas, instead cool the milk off by transferring it in a large open bowl ( high surface area means the milk cools of faster)

never ever pour hot milk in plastic bottles.. u can pour it in any metal utensil and when it cools then pour in plastic bottle. As hot liquids is bad for direct plastics...
