Cabo seems like a fun normal place but if u go to the wrong places u can for sure be in danger. I went to Cabo this summer and when I got out the airport we started to look for a bus. The bus that the workers lead us to was the wrong bus and turned out to be the public buss. We ended up having to go to the Public bus with our luggage’s and everything. There are multiple story’s that state the public bus in Mexico is very dangerous. It ended up getting dark when we started to walk to our hotel. We walked in dark streets w backpacks, suitcases, and much more. (Were a fam of 5) We were only able to take one phone out when we left the hotel bc we didn’t want the phones to get stolen. Another tip is to not speak English while on the streets or at restaurants nothing like that in Mexico because people will assume u have money and rob u.
