i think she handled it very maturely considering her age and how girls her age would have reacted. She understands that they're just looking out for her and making sure she's safe , with today's world and cyber-bullying on the rise with so many social media apps coming out , doing what they did is super important

It isn’t an invasion of your privacy when you give permission...she gave them permission. Not sure how some people could miss that very obvious point. She could have said No. Lindsey even said “I didn’t think you would let us”. keyword: “let” us. She let them.

Even if my mom went through my phone, and found my DWTS videos on Tik Tok, or just a video of me making my dog embarrassed, cause its funny, or anything, like anything would get my phone taken from me. Even just sending a text to one of my friends saying "Hi". My mom litterally comes up with reasons to take the phone from me, so now that I'm 16 and no longer 14, she doesn't look through it anymore. All she has now is a way to turn it off whenever, and a tracker in my phone, so she can see where I am. (Most of the time, I'm at school, home, with her or my grandma, and I never go out with anyone, unlike my twin brother who hangs out with friends once a week)
