First and foremost. Congratulations on your honeymoon. A young beautiful couple. Just a little FYI for the future. It always works to the best when experiencing any issue to call out to the concierge and very nicely let him/her know what you are experiencing and how you need his utmost experience and assistance. It usually works. In addition you are so right, a soiled, dusty room whether it is the floor, furniture, fixtures, closets, etc, etc. That is not acceptable specially being a new resort. Maybe the French Caribbean like the expensive, beautiful, glamorous island of St. Barthelemy or Martinique hey even the little gem of Bermuda part of the English commonwealth and much closer to home. A nice well detailed letter about all the mishaps with the planes to the CEO of Air Canada will for sure get answered and proper refund or airline credit for a future flight will happen, worse case scenario the Canadian Better Business Bureau.
