I do fall craft shows so I buy items I need early glad they have Halloween out now . I can get great deals

Yes, I too, know people that sell holiday craft items and start now making them for seasonal craft shows. If it is not hurting anyone, who cares if there is holiday stuff in stores 3 months ahead... if it bothers someone, look away from it... really?

I agree with you! That's how I feel about Christmas because stores put out the merchandise so early!

Even the online craft vendors are now offering fall and Christmas paper collections.

Hobby lobby does not carry Halloween…just letting Jess know. You talked about Hobby Lobby so that is why I mentioned it. Christian store, never Carrie’s Halloween. They have Fall pumpkins sometimes.

I haven't been to Michael's in for ever, the grave yard is very plane looking I would paint it up some, other than that it is really cool looking . Your meals looked yummy to enjoy your evening .

Scrapple! What I grew up with outside of Philly, was corn meal with pork parts 😂 not one you want to read the ingredients. So darn good !

I've worked retail for 15 years. Jan and July are the lowest of income months . So they started the clearance sales. Now that people have less to spend on EXTRA things, Halloween comes out early. Helps rhe stores bring in more income. That shows u how BAD the economy is.

Hi Danno & Jess ! Maybe a teenager would like the pink Halloween decorations for a glam room. Pink is definitely not a usual color for Halloween ! If I visit Cincinnati one day I’m going to try the Chili and the Goetta. I’ve never had anything similar to Goetta . My husband loves Chili and would have fun trying the different types.

Several years ago, Michaels sold a "welcome spirits" wall hanging, essentially a Ouija board. Although the alphabets were missing, it was easy enough to make a planchette and ask it yes/no questions. Some things shouldn't be messed with, and Michaels was out of line offering it to the public. Just my opinion, of course.

I don't celebrate Halloween, be careful . I decorate for Fall 🍂🍁

I love to visit the Michaels & Hobby Lobby stores. ❤❤❤ I like those magic markers and colorful markers. The colorful vinyl rolls looks incredible. They have lots of lovely colors. Hmm... we don't celebrate Halloween here as much as we do Samhain. I find both the halloween and christmas stuff being out this early/long obnoxious... but it has me wondering. Last year I didn't see much of anything new in the Halloween front when it was that time and now places are shoveling it out as fast as they can to fill the next seasonal displays. Are they putting out what came in "late" last year or did they over buy early for this year and are trying to make any profit they can? Come August you'll see christmas everywhere as well.

I love Michael's! I used to have to pass a shopping center with a Michael's in it to go anywhere, so I was always there and always hit the sales! Go back JUST before Christmas and there are incredible clearances,like 'Buy one, get 3 free'. I got boxes that were supposed to be for kids to color abut except for the top, there is nothing Christmas so they are in my hall holding things. I am always looking for extra storage and these are a decent size. I have to go to Elizabthtown or Louisville to get to one, and I do not craft like I used to. But I LOVE MICHAELS! You guys make everything fun!

I am already looking on Bradford Exchange site and have my eye on the Snoopy and Peanuts Halloween lighted village collection.

I really like Michaels and they seem to all by way out in suburbs here, so I just rarely get to go.

I was at Michael's yesterday. They didn't have much Halloween out. They had a lot of summer stuff.
