    I imagine that you'd be relatively safe underwater with these guys since they tend to ambush large prey on the waters edge, and only hunt (much smaller) fish underwater. But I don't know if I'd have been willing to bet my life on that! Massive respect to the film crew 👏

    I've had the pleasure of visiting the Okavango and it's one of the most magical places I've visited. The huge crocs I've been around in North Australia were small compared to the monsters in the delta. Extremely brave divers. Great video hope there's an extended version at some point!

    Do you know that in Gabon in Central Africa, the African dwarf crocodile has orange skin which is an adaptation to life underground deep in the caverns, which resistance to ant bites and it's also been rarely seen feeding on bats?

    @@terramater let me tell you. I would much much rather face a croc than a river potato with attitude issues. Crocs would attack as a feeding response or a threat. Hippo attack because you breathe around them.
