Hello Alissa and Jason. I am not sure if you read all your comments or not but I wanted to share how happy your channel makes me. I have been through a horrible breakup and have basically been from work and home. I have pretty bad anxiety so travel is not really in my future. Your marriage has been such an inspiration to me and is just beautiful. Also, all the traveling you do takes someone like me with you. I am so grateful to have found you guys. So Happy to live in Japan where people respect each other. Left my phone in a restaurant and came back 2 hours later and it was still there. I have done the same with my wallet and everything was still there, Sorry for your Phone loss.

They were filming Kong Skull Island the first time we went to the Ranch. Second time we did the side x side tour and that was so much fun. I have some videos on here of our trips.

Thievery's one reason I don't want an iPhone or even a top-of-the-line Samsung. There are great midrange phones that can lay on your shopping cart or the counter and not get touched. But the tour looked awesome! Wish we had gone to the north shore when we were on Oahu.

So sorry to hear about your phone. You should have called the police and filed a report. They wont let you but would let the police watch the footage. Its not the money but the inconvenience and losing all your contacts, messages, numbers, etc. Thieves are the worst kind of people

that's where (the ranch) our rental car was broken into and everything of mine was stolen from the trunk. parked in front in the second row in front of the entrance booth too

Kualoa Ranch is the best, everyone we go to Hawaii with we take there. Our pic is from the zip line at the ranch

On your next phone think about putting a tracker on both. This way you both can see where your and Alicia's phones are. Comes in handy if you missed place or sadly had it stolen. 😢

We did the Hollywood movie tour, Ocean voyage 1/2 day package and was so fun!! We saw some of the same JW sights.

100% agree, hate people who steal and the front desk saying you didn't set it there? Hmmm, in on the allowance of said thief or in on the profit of selling stolen items. I once left a quilted baby blanket that my mom had made for my son in Myrtle Beach. Yeah, nope, didn't see it. Bullshi$. It makes me so mad! Anyway, loved Jurassic Park tour and I haven't seen the new one but will def add to my list!

That's terrible about your phone! Our room was robbed on our honeymoon by an employee 😫 The guy's story from the front desk sounded a bit sketchy 🫤 Our travel insurance covered what was stolen from us. I know this happened a bit ago but hopefully you got it all worked out!

I'm with Jason, I hate thieves! I hope you guys contacted the management office of that hotel and also left a detailed review about what happened! Absolutely disgusting to steal from guest at your place of employment! Hope the rest of your stay was better

That's one of the negative sides to Waikiki Beach. A lot of these condos have some individuals running side deals out of the front desk - drugs sales, escorts, theft. I have very close friend who is a 5 - 0 that had a murder in one the condos and that condo refused to assist with any surveillance video until he forced them with a warrant

I’ve my phone stolen out of my basket at Walmart . I turned my back for a second and it was gone. I know the feeling on having the phone stolen. I was lost for the day without it

You seem surprised that it was in a mall. The only apple stores I know of around me are in malls 😀

Do not have ATT, but was able to locate my stolen phone online with Verizon. I was also able to lock the phone and make it ring nonstop. Last known location was on I-40 between Kingman AZ and Lake Havasu they must have thrown it out the window of vehicle, never recovered it.

Pre-cruise hotels are not included in the cost of the cruise… we booked two different hotels in Waikiki on our own for before and after. DoubleTree by Hilton before and Aston Waikiki Beach Hotel after.

So sorry your phone was stolen. Hope you didnt have any codes to get into accounts or pictures of drivers license, social security card or anything. My husband has had his identify stolen a couple times and it is a nightmare.

Amazing and I will remember not stay at that hotel since their security stinks. Oh but wait, who the heck wants to go to Hawaii anyway! It is sooooooo overrated and not worth the money.
