Tewity had 72 million and 65 million pops thats above 135 million he had moab elimanators as well as 2 of dartling paragons. So the total being 111 million is just maths not mathing

In all seriousness though, if an official glue paragon works like I think it would, it would probably be the best paragon in the game. Just imagine if you could hit all Bloons with glue that completely stops them and disintegrates them too? How overpowered is that?

He still would've won since the dummy boss didn't count all of the damage Tewtiy's towers. If you look at the pop count of his towers it's way more than 111 million. It was still unfair for Sabre though.
