    Glad to see you got nothing more serious than a shiner Chris. Some years ago, a girl who presented the weather forecast here on tv in Wales had the exact same accident and got such a bang on her head, she lost her memory for quite a while. Fortunately though, she did eventually make a full recovery.

    Thats crazy how much the factory chokes these bikes down. I could tell after your tune the bike was way more responsive and bettering sounding. If I ever own another street bike I will be getting my tune from Moore Mafia

    I think I saw a video of you flashing a Vulcan 1700. I bought my first "bagger" this year, a brand new 21' Vulcan 1700 Vaquero. I'm seriously tempted to send you my ECU. Running smoother w/more power and better MPG is very tempting.

    Have there been any dyno tests with an intercooler? Would be interesting to see the drop in boost with the lower temperatures. They are expensive but if it helps prolong the life of the engine (or safer HP) then it's worth it. These bikes aren't cheap.

    Intercooler doesnt drop boost and doesnt add power. Just lowers the iat/boost temps so you can either change the supercharger gearing for more boost or increase the timing. I have one on my bike and it keeps the temps nice and cool.

    @@Snakes709 PV=nRT. You lower temperature, you lower volume or pressure. A turbo makes up for it by spinning faster. A supercharger does not because of the fixed gears.

    After getting your flash on my Z H2 I can say without a doubt that 1st, 2nd, and the upper end of 3rd is almost useless....SOO much damn power. LOL! Getting ready to do a two tooth drop in the rear as well as a one tooth up in the front to try and get some of my 1st and 2nd gear back. ;-)

    Ayy Chris, I own 650Ib's 2018 bmw s1000rr giveaway bike and it was tuned in person at brentuning but when I ride I'm almost certain decel fuel cut is not turned off but most importantly in any gear below 4k rpm the bike starts jerking and jumping. Is there anything that can be done to fix this?

    I added an akra slip on and it was beyond loud my ears hurt, riding alot without earplugs would definitely give hearing damage so I added a baffle. When doing a full exhaust do you remove the whole servo unit or just cut the wires?

    I love your videos, I have picked up a lot of good information. I want to take the cat off my 2022 MT10 SP and put a link pipe on. Is taking the exhaust valve off going to detune the bike without a ECU flash. Without a link pipe. Is it going to run lean.

    I think the 23s might be different. Mine wants to lift the front end hard in 1st and I know 95hp wouldn't feel that violent.

    11.2-1 sounds pretty good. This bike not being intercooled is CRYING for E85. Stage 2 supercharger gears with E 85 tune would be the ticket on the street. Change the gearing to where it will do about 85 in 1st and top out in the low 200s and it would be perfect

    I think he did 182mph on the last zh2. He just upped the limiter 300 rpms. Also still stock gearing.

    From Kawasaki forum they didn’t use forged pistons for a reason. Read this and let me know what you guys think!! The H2 doesn’t have forged supposedly!! All H2 bikes sidestep the issue, as the supercharger’s design doesn’t raise the temperature of the compressed air enough to necessitate one. Still, if you dig around on forums, plenty of H2 enthusiasts have added intercoolers to their machines, lowering boost temperatures, and increasing power. It’s a fun fact for those who aren’t content with nearly 200 horsepower. To combat the heat that a high-performance engine like this generates, direct oil-jet cooling is used on various critical components, lubricating and maintaining proper operating temperatures simultaneously. Cast pistons are used instead of forged, as Kawasaki engineers feel that they best deal with the heat in this application.

    You're eye looks sore mate hope it's all still good. I've often found loud exhausts don't equate to more power, especially with 2 strokes.

    Chris could easily get well over 220HP if he wanted to.. like SLR or BT, but with the slight risk of making the engine "grenade". But that would only be the case if the customer bought a Z H2 to do "street races" with. A short burst of acceleration "now and then" would not harm the engine, even without intercooler. Even stock/"neutered" this wheelie machine have enough power though, for most of the buyers (old farts like me) 😂 That said, I was very disappointed "testing" the bike in summer un-restriced when I could feel the bike "nose dive" when the ETV closes at above 10k rpm. 😡 I got the bike in April 2020 when the temperature was just above 0 (Celcius) and in cold weather this is a totally different "animal" to ride!

    I'm guessing from the numbers you were probably in sport mode which means you still had some electronic limitations if you put it in writer mode and turn everything off then you have full throttle full acceleration everything. I had one until my buddy totalled it 😢

    As an engineer, I understand that they strangle many bikes because far too many riders don't have the skills or experience to ride them responsibly. I have many years experience with the turbo bikes of the '80's and, if you didn't know what you were doing, they would "get away from you". That's why the insurance companies killed them.

    6:22 I love what drive by wire has allowed us to do in the tuning and engine building world but Ill be damned if I dont hate it for what manufacturers have used it for. Used to be if you went "WOT" on your gas pedal or handlebar, whatever it may be on or in, you got 100% throttle, because it was tied mechanically to the pedal, Now you dont get a full idea of what a vehicle is (bike or car) until you remove the chastity belt from the ECU. This should be some sort of false advertisement or something lol.

    It's all been neutered by the EPA and insurance companies since the late sixties(for cars at least). I'm just happy that engineers are still putting the hardware in these machines to do what they do. Removing emissions parts and retuning is all that's needed to get them running as the engineers intended. There's nothing manufacturers can do to get around arbitrary emissions numbers, nor will they risk additional insurance claims/higher cost of ownership. I don't agree with any of it btw. It will get worse. Talking breathalyzers in cars 2025. Tyranny does not sleep.

    Sound like he was running a derestriction tune when he came in. Because as of late the zh2 guys have had a bad experience with the basic derestriction tunes. Aka the bike needs to be tuned not just have the throttle restrictions removed

    Genuine question, I'm the type that would ride it 100+ for miles and then rip it to the top of 6th. Would this tune from you cause damage in your opinion? The heat and grenade fear has me not wanting to pick one of these up. I really appreciate your videos, thanks.

    As a Kawasaki tech, I have seen zero zh2 or h2 SX failures. I’ve seen dozens of h2 failures though. Our repeat customer has 40k miles on a 230whp h2 SX. I would have zero worries

    @@K-carbon yes and no. I think in general the H2 is ridden harder than the other models. But most of heavily modified we’ve had come through grenaded had aftermarket supercharger gears

    @@KCbuffalo interesting thanks for the reply .I have a question for you pick your brains I have a 2020 H2 carbon full vandemon exhaust system 02 sensor in exhaust servo buddy sprint P-08 air filter that's it no tune no flash no Power commander totally stock after that no plans to tune it fast enough for me..I wanted to remove the pair system completely along with the Evap canister smart moto do block off plates and evap Kit so you can completely remove both systems and give you the electrical connections so not to set off a fault on the dash but would doing this cause any issues with how the bike runs I asks two mechanics they said leave way it is and I asks why they said no point 🙈
