Plateup is if overcooked and cooking mama meshed together and made a roguelike, you create a restaurant as a group and have to survive to your 15th day. If a single customer is un happy, the whole restaurant closes down.

    14:00 It happens all the time. You leave the kitchen for two seconds and it turns into minutes because a customer thinks you're the one to talk to about an issue with the place. Also, 24:00 is literally how sides are stored in restaurants. As long as it stays heated you can keep most side items like macaroni and mashed potatoes in a heated container for around 6-ish hours

    Yeah, generally I wish the upgrade system was more... forgiving. I wish all final tier appliances could be upgraded again to turn into a different appliance of the same tier. Feels pretty bad to go up the upgrade tree and end up with the wrong thing

    @ [14:00] yes, it happens not as often, but sometimes when the Commis Chef (junior chef) starts with something and the Sous Chef (Deputy Chef) needs something it sometimes gets burned cause nobody looks after it.

    15:01 My step-cousin one time cooked mac and cheese for 30 minutes instead of 3. Almost burned the house down, luckily I wasn’t in the house. But my grandmother told me about it.

    This whole mac and cheese thing happened in my freshman dorm 4 years ago. Some dude on the fourth floor forgot the water and the whole dorm had to evacuate at 4 in the morning.

    yes, people burn shit all the time in the restaurant lol. ovens are a little more tightly sealed in kitchens too so you can't smell it as quickly

    There was one job I had that had pots without heat resistant handles. We had to use towels to hold them over 2 rows of open flames. I ended up getting second degree burns on my hands, not being allowed to stop working, and then I had to drive a manual car home. I quit that job soon after 😂😂

    Maybe Plate Up can update with different types of Food like Noodles, Soups or even more Rice options Rice Eggs and Hotdogs or Hotsilog are very popular in the Philippines... Maybe even mix Hotdogs with Beans and Toast. Or even Sandwiches other than Burgers and Hotdog and Buns...

    My sister-in-law banned my brother from cooking for a while after he lit fish on fire on the stove, tried to put it out with water (NEVER try to put out an oil fire with water), then threw the whole thing out the back door and nearly set the lawn on fire.

    In fact, the choice between triangular rectangular toasts depends on the culture of a particular country. For example, I don't know a single person in my country who would cut triangular toasts or sandwiches.

    Bread seems to be the easiet main ever, though fish comes close. Actually maybe it goes bread, steak, fish. Those are easy for me solo. Burgers and hot dogs are the hardest.

    In university my roommate burn hit hotdog he was boiling. I was taking a nap at the time and wake up to him running down the stairs yelling “OH SHIT” because the water boiled away and smoke filled the house. Then the alarm went off. The firefighters came and they were like, it’s all good man, it’s better then when we get called for weed. This hotdog was charcoal. It was black as could be

    @@modnarer technically you are both not correct, a square is 2 dimensional, a cube is a 3d shape where the length width and height are equal. Technically speaking a square profile toast is a cuboid because it's thickness is much thinner than it's length and width (unless it's a very thick piece of toast). Not that it really matters though lol

    @@beck0n527 you heard me, ketchup FYI kids here love ketchup, and the cheese we use is sliced cheese, idk what's the name in English but basically it's squared sliced cheese so you just but it on the bread and you got yourself a cheese sandwich. Back to the point, kids here love ketchup to the point where they drink it. Like legit, they drink fing ketchup. And sadly i was one of them, and my lil sis eats rice with ketchup, it's like bbq sauce when you're having bbq
