I used to work at a novelty "Retro Candy" type of store as a clerk, and I sold a ton of those Reed's hard candies. I never tasted them in the time I was there, but always assumed they tasted great by how many people would buy them, and since the owner and manager would encourage I taste test whatever I want, I'm kinda glad I didn't get to experience that one.

The best part about watching these is that Arin will eat something and then immediately retch it up, but then it’s followed by Dan, who will eat the same thing and his expression merely changes in the most cinematic fashion.

The fact that Dan mentioned my home town in this video makes me appreciate it even more

I love how the weapons grade fruit cake was described as tasting like “old lady smell”

Every time I see these two actually on camera, I appreciate how crippling awkward they both are, and I can relate 😂

Jokes about wanting to die is a scream for help, not a joke. Its a twisted way to look at the fact that you dont feel good. Get help, feel better, dont stick with depression.

The way airn says *'wait is this real?'* resonates with my entire being.

Idk why but the "ASMR?" at the bottom of the screen while Arin was eating the toffee stir thing really made me laugh

I've tried some of these candies before, really surprised they didn't like some of them coz I love them lol. They're so much tamer than modern candy.

I've had jujubees recently and lemme tell you, they taste like the ghost of a fruit trapped in a coffin of hard gelatin and glue. They're impossible to chew without getting it stuck in your teeth so you're left to just slowly roll them around in your mouth until they melt over the course of like half an hour.

That's the single most accurate description of eating Jujubes ever. Crows have a very similar consistency, with the unmistakable flavor of black licorice.
