A smart lad is Mr. CVX. Completely agree about rural planning. Has been no transparency or consistency in the application of regulations for decades now.
For God's sake Mr Cvx don't ask Europe to solve the problem.Sure they are the problem.and our own government aren't far behind them.

Excellent video and chat from both of ye lads. Thomas hit the nail on the head when young people were strongly encouraged 20 years ago to go to college rather than agriculture as there ‘was no future in farming’ portrayed back then. Not everyone was able for college. Everyone to their own but it’s partly the reason why there has been a lack of young people coming into farming over the period.

Ye are on the ball about the options share farming offers but it wont happen in Ireland, farmers wont give up the land to a stranger even if they have no successor, they think the same as the bull McCabe in the film,

The farmer hem self it was all lodged. Because of the heavy rain and was closed off last August 9 months of growing and then raked
