Try S-Kitchen of Sheraton Hotel near resorts world. Great foods.

That was an honest review. I even went there myself last week and felt rather disappointed. I'm also glad that you liked it. However, I realized that we are still at the pandemic and these businesses are tying their best to survive. Food may not be at its best quality. Choices must have been limited. Service may not be so pampering. I think as food reviewers, generally speaking, we can lower our standards a bit and never compared it to how it was pre-pandemic.

Next time, try to eat small amount of each food so you can taste all or most of them. Or else you can be so full and will not be able to taste some of the good stuffs. I didn’t know that Viking is cheaper than the other restaurants near the Viking. Noong 2018 vacation ko, pumasok kami ng husband ko sa isang restaurant dyan kahilira sa Viking, and we ordered sinigang hipon, steamed baby lapu-lapu and Squid rings. And those costs us P3.8K with 2 fresh buko for drinks. 🤔

To be honest every year in speacial occasions me and my family go on a buffet restaurant once a yr but my very first buffet was yakimix it was a good place, and ive also been to different once like dads, vikings, m hotels breakfast hotel etc

Sofitel is a high-end hotel buffet that may cost you as much as 3800 to 4500. I personally prefer Ilang Ilang at Manila Hotel in terms of food quality.

Definitely don’t watch this when you’re starving...Lol🤣

It's ok... I was disappointed at that buffet by MOA there was buffet by Vikings called Niu which was a bit more fancier which I thought was much better. But you gotta atleast try the Spiral buffet the one that almost every vlogger has done haha.

Vikings are big people snd they are usually muscular so hence the name was derived. Although probably not sure lol! But they usually eat a lot.

This is really worth it. I forgot how much the Cabalen buffet cost, that must 350 to 500. So this 1k is really worth. But in a small town in Mindanao, I saw a buffet for 100 pesos. So even if I am buffet killer, I didn’t take too much food. Then after I finish eating, I saw a waitress spray the edges of the table with bug spray. I guess that was one place where gluttony is a deadly sin. They got something like this in SM Puerto Princesa. But it was more like a hot pot theme.

Vikings is the furthest thing away from Luxury buffer dining. 1,000 php for luxury buffet dining is nothing. clearly you guys are young. NIU by Vikings is a modest step up. start with Spiral , as others have mentioned. and then Shangri La's buffet. which was 2,300 a head last time i checked.

Tried to make a booking at Vikings and was told that if you are not vaccinated you cannot eat in the restaurant only eat outside facing the ocean but if you are older than 65 you have to be vaccinated or you can't come into the restaurant at all. Now here's the problem first of all the IATF Inter Agency Task Force management for infectuos disease Philippines say very Cleary( I have a letter from their office to prove this)that vaccination is NOT mandatory in the Philippines so why no entry if not vaccinated? Are restaurant making their own laws now? This then is opens for a lawsuit against Viking buffet for DISCRIMINATION. I am a foreigner 69 years old and am not vaccinated I will be going there for my birthday soon if refused entry I will file a case against the Viking group and sue them accordingly.

Its borderline between okay and crap honest opinion. Sorry to say. But its supposedly an all you can eat luxury at only 1000 pesos. Can't complain.

I went to Vikings Buffet in Megamall. There are different food choices, but the taste is just average.... I like the cucumber drinks and learned that tuna sashimi is raw and can be readily eaten.
