@@YoYo-bx8wuto let your voice be heard please directly comment on the channel. And yeah do you know the food habits of people from Kerala? The fact that they tried to eat and appreciate our culture is something we should be grateful about ! Whenever you are exposed to new culture, you are unaware about a lot of things. They researched and whatever they got to know they ordered! Simple as that. And if you are offended just suggest and comment it with a better tone. Simple as that.

Guys what is a Bengali dish trial without Aloo Posto, Kosha mangsho with Basanti Pulao, Kolkata mutton biriyani,, mishti doi, baked roshogolla and the various chops we have to name a few? This was an Oh Calcutta special. Not an authentic bengali food video. Do a part 2!

No kheer kadam? It's THE BEST! Rosogolla encapsulated in a layer of dried milk. You take a bite and the syrup drips from your lips. EVERY time I visit it's the first thing on my list. Even tho the best place to get it is as far away from DumDum you can get & still be in Kolkata. As for ilisa, every Bengali knows to ask for the belly, because it has the less bones. But even the boniest piece is well worth the effort.

And others dishes are more like a mix and match dish. Cooking style is bengali but Dishes are different. The chef put his own creativity into the typical bengali dishes. Though he didn't compromised with the authenticity.
