for Northeastern Food. I would go to Reunion BBQ. Besides 锅包肉，should have tried Tomato Egg. That is a very home cooked dish. But different parts of China would do it differently. Some would be Sweet while others would be Savory. Fun Fact about 锅包肉, there are 2 versions, the old style where the sauce is more orange and the new style which the sauce is more tomato based. But then the essence of North Eastern Cuisin is the 铁锅。That you would need 4 to 5 pax. If you guys really end up in China, take the locals advice. Esp in the North East, it will be cheap beyond your dreams and the portions would be huge.

Please do more of this. I also wonder how many China cuisines are in Singapore

two things 1) Did something happened to Brenda? She like slimmed down quite a bit and also look so much younger, like a 18 years old now! 2) Can re-upload the video with corrected audio? The audio in the first two resturant sounds like someone forgotten to pluck in the wire for rode wireless and it was recorded from the camera internal microphone. Very painful to the ear.
