D Money “shove it kf” just sounds clunky and bad, lol. Everyone called them varial flips in the 90’s and 00’s. We can’t just go changing the slang all willy-nilly now just bc Tony Hawk thinks it’s a vert trick

Plus, maybe I’m misremembering but isn’t a pop shove it where you take your foot off the board and kick the ground? How can you say that’s what’s happening when you do a varial flip? Wouldnt a shove it kick flip look way different? Tony needs to stick to vert.

Ok, Jesus I’ve literally forgotten what a pop shove it looked like until just now lol. So your foot doesn’t touch the ground that’s some other trick it’s been like 20 years since I was into skating but regardless Idgaf a varial flip still sounds way cooler than “pop shove-it kick flip” who wants to say all that?
