It's called Persian/ Achaemenid style architecture, it's built based on the Persepolis palase of Darius the great .

I often wonder if these people truly care about Toumaj. They go about their daily lives, doing whatever they like, having fun, showing it off here, and then they expect those of us outside Iran to rescue them. They don't even seem to care about people like Toumaj, who is in prison for them. It's really quite sad.
