It was very peaceful there! They market it as a resort style condo so it had some elements.

Wow, really nice condo and you did a fantastic job of showing it off. They should pay you and/or discount your rent for such a great promotion. The view looks fantastic and I was surprised how quiet it was given the number of units. Is it retirees, or weekenders, or a mix of young and old, permanent and temporary folks living there. I love the dining room "office" with with windowed surround. Also, I've got to say, Artur is right about "his chair"; I have three of those exact same recliners in my living room along with a big couch. Other bit of trivia: I have the exact same refrigerator. Love the amount of space and all the flexible drawers and shelving. I'm glad to see y'all treating yourself as you transition back to stationary living. Welcome back "home". I put that in quotes, because from all your other videos it really looks like you've been bitten by the travel bug and will be making *home* in Austin, in the RV on the road, and possibly seasonal stays in other parts of the country/world.

Thank you John and maybe in the future we can do something like that! It's a mix of everyone and it seemed like it was half were permanent and half were temporary (based on the number of airbnb listings we saw). Those recliners were amazing! I can't believe you have 3 of them lol! I literally sat in it everyday and loved it! And yes that's the plan pretty much. Austin will be our home base where we keep the cats and our belongings and we will travel from it.

That is an incredible place! And that view... Is there opportunity to bike there on the island?

Yes the view is what really got us! I think you can bike around but there is not much room honestly as the main structure takes up most of the island. You can easily go through the bridge to the neighborhood streets.

Oh I bet even when we were there the water was much lower than usual.
