I think sometimes we need to remember that just because you wake up really late and do only one thing that day doesn't mean you are any less or not as productive than someone who wake ups early everyday and does like 10 things. The truth is our minds can be a lot sometimes and getting up and realizing that your mental state isn't doing all that well but still trying to do your best and continue on with life is just as productive as someone who is doing 1,000 things that day. The time that you wake up and how many things you do in a day doesn't define you and we need to remember that

I‘ve been feeling similar to how you feel aisha and ngl it made me a little bit emotional but at the same time your words and your wisdom helped me understand my current state more. I loved watching this vlog!! I got so emotional at the beginning 🥺So proud of Aisha and grateful that she felt comfortable enough to show us the struggles she goes through with her mental health and what she does to just look after herself and just focusing on herself in general ❤ Just shows that we are all the same and we all go through mental health issues and that it's okay to and there is nothing wrong with it and there are ways to cope with it. The relationship between Azra and Louai though is the best!! They both just have the same energy and just vibe so well with each other. Azar's outfits in this vlog though she looked so beautiful! I love you guys ❤
