Sitting on the roof used to happen 30 years ago. That does not happen in India anymore. This is the thing he was trying to say at 25:00. More than 85% of the railway routes in India are electrified. Below AC classes are not recommended for foreigners. Also, the toilets are much cleaner in AC classes.

India is really developed and have just gotten better and better over the years, to find loopholes in my proud nation is definitely a task, as it is progressing even though it is home to 1.5 Billion people that is a huge huge number, along with that its home to multiple religions and castes all staying happily and freely on one land, its the land where every individuals hold equal rights and there is no autocratic government rule here, people can completely explore their own interests and build their own legacy with their potential with almost zero interference, yes there are few challenges we face, but we are just growing stronger and faster. Jai Hind! lots of love btw enjoy your trip in my lovely nation.

India developed ? Which angle ? I live here , lots of poverty , hardship. People dying without treatment. Indian govt should follow Chinese Govt learn something from them. I visited China , see that country is really developed. Millions lifted out of Poverty. Many Children are suffering from Malnutrition. To eradicate problems bring them to surface and do something about them. Don’t get entangled in self pamperness.

I think that the scene of people traveling on roofs of trains is more common in Bangladesh than in India. Or possibly in Pakistan. In India, there are probably lots of train and other travel options available to people despite the largest population in the world. So, even if train travel on rooftop were visible it must've been in an era past.

And in general such rooftop travel scenes are not really common now a days anywhere in India. I guess you might have observed too. May be when you go back to England, you can bring some light among people in West about their general imagination or perception about India.

Lovely couple. You two are very loving and caring. Piege is very sweet girl. She cares like Indian girls, small small things what's actually matters a lot unlike British girl I have seen as of now. They care too but different way. In sort western type of caring and Indian - Bharatya ways are too different . Only those have experienced can understand. Be together be happy. And enjoy your journey.

I remember some other new vloggers recorded Indian railways journey and almost 90 percent of the comments in their video were filled with hate and disgust towards India and it's people. Obviously, these journeys are not for dirt haters or previledged people. Hope more people watch your video and understand that. Though people who compare Indian skins with "filthy" (in their words) dirt will never understand.

India is a vastly diverse country with a population of over a billlion. You won't find cleanliness & hygiene everywhere because of densely populated localities & illiteracy. Crime rates here are lower than the US & people are large hearted, peace loving & hospitable towards tourists.

You know, you can ask forthe train staff to fixthe clogged toilets,If a fan or socket isn't working or if Theirs no water coming from tap.... You just need to ask the TT for it.... They'll fix it on the go or at some station when the stop time is more than 30minutes
