Skull Crawlers: exists Kong: "Hello. My name is Inigo Montoya. You killed my father. Prepare to die."

Kong does seem unnaturally strong even for his species. He killed even the larger Skullcrawlers that killed his own family and has only gotten more powerful as time has passed. Wonder if existing on both Skull Island and now in the Hollow Earth with all it's bizarre properties will result in Kong becoming the most powerful of his species to ever exist.

My guess is that is has to do with the title of alpha, my guess is that each species has the potential to be an alpha, but not everyone in the species is born like that, only specific ones have that potential, therefore it’s possible that other Gojira were nowhere near as powerful as Godzilla

Titans seem to have a rapid adaptive evolution to their enviroment. Kong was alone with no family group for protection unlike the hollow earth apes, fighting for survival from Skull island creatures from infancy, while being hunted by Skullcrawlers. the constant physical stress may have triggered a enhanced growth and increased strength much like Godzilla seems to grow and get stronger when taking in a huge amount of radiation. and without any other great apes he'd have a abundant food source to fuel it, becoming a Alpha titan just to survive.

Scar king even with the help of his army could not defeat Godzilla without Shimo and ended up getting trapped deep in hollow earth, Kong however was able to stand toe to toe with Godzilla and hold his own, that alone shows how strong Kong is compared to the other apes

I did notice how when Kong found his kind, NONE of them were close naturally strong. So Kong fighting his whole life really shows how much he’s honed his strength. Kind of like Spear from Primal, he was a Neanderthal but probably MUCh stronger because the world of Primal is harsh

But just for reference, even the weaker apes Kong found enslaved by Scar King will demolish the skull crawlers lol. When Skull Island came out, the skull crawlers appeared scary and very powerful / threatening, but after watching the other few MV movies, you’ll realize that many monsters in the universe would one-shot the biggest SC. You don’t even need Ghidorah, Muto, Rodan or something, just some random titans (mammoth, Scylla) in GKOTM would be more than enough.

I believe Kong was the last descendent of the original ruler of the apes who was then betrayed by Scar King. Kong’s ancestors and some loyal apes fled to the surface in order to survive along with a handful of hollow earth humans that revered Kong’s lineage. Those became the skull island natives. Kong returning to defeat Scar King would be very poetic if that was the case. King also seems to be built like a true alpha for the apes. Possibly a feature inherited from his ancestor, the original alpha of the apes, that skips generations making the trait rare. This would explain why Kong was superior to the other apes that precluded him on skull island.

Knowing Most of Kongs species are weaker and smaller than Kong. I can See how adult skull crawlers could defeat them easily, Even Skar kings commanders were no match for Kong.

Can you imagine those Skull Crawlers trying to go at current Kong lol he just built different now

It's possible that Kong will eventually grow to such a level of strength even Godzilla will be forced to fear his might. Kong is still pretty young by his species standards as the Scar King proves their species can live found countless centuries while Kongs only been alive for maybe 100 or so years. Imagine how strong he'll be after another century of battle experience.

I'd say the answer lies in the fact that Kong is an alpha chad.

It would've been shocking if Monarch found more genetically enhanced Skull crawlers lurking in the wreckage of Apex Cybernetics during Godzilla and Kong's battle with MechaGodzilla. I can imagine a new species of Skull crawlers that can evolve to fight against the one great ape who killed their Ancestor, Ramarak.

Would be cool if Kong encounters a Great Ape much bigger and stronger than him. Like around 415ft. Which would give Kong a massive challenge to overcome. And you could say that this ape came from another clan of Great Apes in the Hollow Earth

I would imagine that Kong is stronger, but the problem is Kong just doesn’t have armor like Godzilla has armor. I’m pretty sure Kong can lift more weight than Godzilla, pull, push, and carry. Godzilla is a freaking tank. It just looks worse cause defensively Godzilla can just take blunt blows, Kongs defense is evasive maneuvers

This. Kong absolutely should be PHYSICALLY stronger than Godzilla or any other titan. Sure, make him lose when it comes to special abilities but he should be top dog when it comes to brute force. It's right there in the anatomy. A hypothetical creature like Kong should be an absolute monster in close combat, that bipedal ape frame is literally built for hurling, shoving and pushing motions, ie wrestling. Just looking at how robust his physique is it should not even be a debate

I'v came up with this theory, and I strongly stand by it. Every titan species has the potential to be an alpha and only one from each of the species. That's being said, not every Titanus Kong and Titanus Gojira is an alpha. It has been proven during the KOTM, there's only one Muto who responded to Ghidorah's call. The title Alpha not only a mindset but also affected by the harsh and distress surrounding just like Kong living in the Island full of Skullcrawlers. To put it simple, just like being a prophet. I do hope itf they will reveale more about the title Alpha. It is one of the wonders in Titanaverse and still being a mystery.

The skull crawlers were probably just after his parents and didn’t know of Kong. Once they killed them they likely left the island not realizing Kong had years to grow. Thought Skull island itself might have helped Kong become so much stronger than his father.

Kong is unnaturally big for his species with accompanying strength. He benefits from Survival of tge Fittest. His parents proves to be the two strongest apes at the end, and King inherited genetic superiority along with gaining unmatched fighting experience.

Scar King was also older than Godzilla & he wasn't slow at all. Kong is basically Kratos (God Of War). A Greek demi-god that only grew stronger with age & experience. But Kong is no god.

And to make it better? Kong probably doesn't even know that he can evolve like any other titans such as Godzilla and all of the other titans. Most of his time is just feeding on in larger titans to provide him nutrients and radiation. Prime way for a titan to get stronger is through absorbing a lot of radiation and the rare radiation like the place where Tiamut lives. I really wish they give Kong his electric powers back by using this as a plot point. Maybe having the humans providing Kong the info he needs to know.

I’m pretty sure Kong is stronger than most other apes simply because of natural selection. It is confirmed that Kong’s parents were the strongest of their species, which is why they were the last 2 to survive before Kong was born. Therefore, Kong is stronger than his parents, which makes him the strongest of his species. Also, the reason why he grew larger than his parents was simply because he had all of Skull Island and all its radioactive resources to himself.

Ya know, I don’t get why people argue about over kong and godzillas power levels. I love King Kong more than Godzilla, but they are destined to be equals. I believe that kong will likely grow taller and wayyyy stronger, and maybe gain powers. And Godzilla will get more and more radiation. Maybe getting an amp from human technology like King Kong in the next movie.

They can easily tie all this together. I would bet we find out that Kong's lineage comes from the ancestors of the King of the Great Apes. Once the original King Kong was backstabbed by Skar King somehow we find out that the lieage was to be protected at all costs and leaving to Skull Island was a must. Kong's father never had a chance to grow and reclaim the throne. Our Kong is the last super specie from that lineage of the Great Apes. Now he is the King of the Great Apes or now King Kong. The last of his kind. Maybe Scar King made sure to wipe out any female that was pure Gorilla to end that lineage from returning. He might've been the one to send the skull crawlers after Kong's parents. He was a tyrant. Right now we know Strength is in numbers. We can expect the Great Apes to become bigger and stronger under King Kong's rule. Shimo has a special bond w/ her new King. The novel mentions they bond. Could form to be special like Godzilla & Mothra considered to be family. FYI- Kong thought Mothra reminded him of a butterfly on Skull Island. That was actually funny.

Would definitely say he's a mutant in his species, because only one another kong was this strong and that one defeated godzilla, the same godzilla who was stronger than he was in 2014. But our kong fought against pink godzilla and had a decent fight, though godzilla was being petty by playing with him.

Godzilla was playing with Kong? Not in GxK or any fight. 50 yrs of being a fan of both. Let's stick to FACTS and not fanboyism. Evolved Goji was trying to kill Kong. After the suplex, Kong went berserk and decided to fight back. He dropped Godzilla w/ one punch and started to pummel him. Godzilla did eat some good shots. The Glove has a Thunder punch. You can hear the Glove clinch Kong's fist. Kong used the Thunder punch TWICE in the fight. The 1st time dropped Godzilla and the 2nd time knocked him out right before Godzilla was about to fire his atomic ray after taking a pummeling. The creen cuts away with Kong dragging Godzilla to the portal. I've never seen Goji in a position like that. He was limp w/ eyes open. Eyes open comes from a knockout. Goji WOULD NEVER allow anyone to drag him. I'm not saying Kong beats Goji in a fight. He is capable. Have you heard the audiobook from the novel? It seems more impressive. I AGREE that both had each other at their mercy. Why Kong wasn't trying to fight after the knockout knowing Goji plays for keeps was surprising. Godzilla was going ALL out to kill Kong. Godzilla did get the upperhand because Kong lost vision from the sand being hit by the atomic ray and Goji took advantage of it.

It's CLEAR AS DAY as to what happened. I want to ask you common sense questions. I've been a fan of both for 50 years. Lets stick to FACTS on the fight from GxK. 1. Did Kong drop Godzilla with one punch? Yes or No 2. Did Kong pummel Godzilla w/ 10 straight punches and Godzilla never knocked Kong off of him during the process. Yes or No 3. We see Godzilla laying on his back and about to fire his atomic ray so Kong would stop punching him.( This is after the 10 punch combo and before Kong lands his last punch). Yes or No. 4. Kong lands one last punch and the screen cuts away and we see Godzilla is now on his belly,limp, and being dragged with eyes open. Yes or No. You think a DAZED Godzilla would allow Kong to flip him over on his belly and drag his body towards the portal? No way does a conscious Goji allows that. Godzilla was knocked out briefly. It's Facts. The KOTM did return the favor and get the upperhand. There is NOTHING to debunk. The audiobook makes Kong's dragging more impressive. Why does this bother you when you see it with your own eyes?

Then how was there a skull crawler in KOM? Kong killed the Skull devil back in the seventies and yet in the late 2020s there was a skull crawler used to demonstrate mechagodzillas power. So, how are they all dead? Unless the one in KOM is the last one, clearly there are still more underground somewhere and if Kong is no longer on skull Island than who's stopping them from growing stronger or more in number? Monarch? Maybe but highly unlikely considering they aren't ones for culling ancient species more than studying them.
