Does anyone else find it kind of annoying how MW zombies spoils the storyline for BO6 and kinda kills the suspense?

Not really, I find it interesting how MWZ carries the lore and teases to a lot of suspense to BO6, so that when we get to it knowing Treyarch, they should definitely have some loop holes planned. Only thing I’m irritated about is to know that if Sam is still in the Dark Aether, we’re gonna have to wait until BO7 or something until that though since she apparently doesn’t come back in BO6.

@@FunnySansMan Yeah exactly it's interesting to see the before in VG and the future in MWZ but not know the events of BO6. We'll most likely see Sam try to communicate through the Dark Aether if I had to guess, but we probably won't see the after-effects of MWZ and Ava until COD 2025 possibly since that game is a BO2 sequel reportedly and will take place probably 5+ years after MW3.

My theory for the next story: Samantha will be telling the story after finding her in Mw3. Richtofen is experimenting on Requiem staff (Weaver & cie) and use Samantha to create Project Janus (before the idea of Ava), which maybe was a failure and created Ava for plan B. I think Ava's real name is Emilia (Kino Der Toten reference) that's what Samantha is used to call her. The entity is the female one drawed in the wall when Forsaken is trying to trick us that the requiem staff will be dead in Forsaken map, cutscene during boss fight. Richtofen is doing this to retrieve his family back because believing his family is in the Dark Aether after the incident of Weaver and Mr Peeks is with Baby Samuel. The Goal of the Game is to stop Richtofen's plan after being released from a facility by Dr.Peck, and the Requiem crew ( Weaver & cie) will retrieve all infos during their journey for the mission and will be the playable crew. And maybe in the old timeline, Primis Richtofen was right all along (the one in Alcatraz Lab) when he promised Victis that they will be safe and they will live a good life in the comic, so maybe Victis will return in the real world after opening the dark aether portal and live in peace. And Maybe Abigail, Emilia and Samantha will live together as a family for a new life, predicted in Kino. And the other Victis crew will live in peace doing real life stuffs. That would be the perfect way i think.

Heres hoping that weaver, carver, strauss, and grey are the new zombie crew. Anyteam will do honestly.

So essentially, if you are right about Richtofen trying to save his family, hes pulling a Maxis after the events of moon where Maxis tries to get the victis crew to open the gate to argatha just to reunite with his daughter, Samantha. That's actually real cool. Richtofen keeps me invested in this new story. His role in all of this is so intriguing.

i'm curious with the whole ava/sam thing too. my theory is that the dark version of ava is actually sam and they are connected in a similar way other characters have been connected to the dark aether after contacting 115 and being able to speak with those in the dark aether.

i think that richtofen in this timeline is actually trying to go on the offensive against the dark aether, everything that he has done has resulted in stronger and stronger weapons to fight everything in the dark aether. if he remembers the previous timeline, he might be trying to free the old universes from the dark aether

What I think the reason is for Greys aging is that she gave birth to both ava and the entity, meaning her body wouldve been a catalyst into the dark aether, Which if truly realised could put her as a vessel for the dark aether similarly to Maxis or even the forsaken, She had an unrefined connection and as such Aged progressively however Ravenov was enhanced in a concentrated reserach project, no doubt monitored and i wouldnt be surprised if The other requiem characters recieved them in B06 as some kind of jugger nog replacement as a perk. Sam was experimented on and had her eggs taken, Eddie was already planning for her to get trapped for some bigger secret agenda (Project: Janus), perhaps the possability isn't too far fetched.

I'm liking how the story is being built up for MWZ and what its implying in both BO6 and future games. I liked Cold War's story even though I felt it was a little safe and VG's story was kinda boring, but this is picking up the pace for me just in time for BO6 to ramp it up off MWZ's finale.

I've been thinking this too, Gray, Weaver, Straus, and Carver. Not a lot of people remember this but MW2 had a co-op mode called Raids with a set crew where you couldn't pick operators and Price and the crew had set lines they'd say to each other so I think they can definitely have a crew again.

@@Themanhimself677 i'm pretty sure they are going to have a crew of some sort. the devs themselves acknowledged that as a shortcoming of the reboot but it was already too late to do it for cold war at that point and MW3 hasn't had the dev time to really get a solid crew

the way it was set to work for the BO zombies storyline is the BO4 events rebooted both the black ops story and the zombies one making cold war BO5 because its the start of the events in the new universe. this is just another example of how they can't ever make up their minds on whether they want to tie in the campaigns with the zombie modes. they always go back and forth on it
