Julio Caesar Chavez Rey Mysterio! I worked with an old timer 25-30 years ago who showed me that same exact trick! I was a broke-ass kid with a beater Grand Am that had an intermittent blower fan and couldn't afford a new one - he told me to drill a small hole in the very tip of the shaft and shoot some Kroil in there and I'll be a sombitch if it bring that sucker back to life!!

No BS. I introduced my son to your channel when he turned 16 and we did maintenance on all our family cars using most of your methods, some of mine. Now that he’s 18 he works in an automated car wash and continues to find ways to allocate his knowledge and skills, as well as expand them. He is known for taking things and making them last longer, or improving them. Thank you for your channel and helping me be a Dad when I can’t physically be there because of divorce. Many thanks.

Excellent! My car was just pummeled by hail here in Colorado and while all the glass survived intact the body is dimpled and some plastic parts were cracked. I can pop out the dimples and use the silicone or glue in a syringe to fix the cracked plastic. Many thanks!

I was just thinking about putting paint in a scratch. Suppose that instead of having to sand the paint in a scratch, you put it on the scratch with a syringe and then use a plastic straight edge to "smear" the paint into the scratch. Then use compound or polish to blend it in after it dries. What do you think? BTW, one of these days you should show us Julio on camera!

Depending on the paint, some don't need air to cure (epoxy), some resins only cure in the absence of air (gel coat), you can use a plastic film to cover during cure (held in place using tape) and this results in a smooth/flat surface that requires less work to flatten and blend. Many paints are air-cure, obviously this won't work in that case.

Been doin this a long time. You can penetrate a bearing seal with syringe as well. The problem is getting you hands on the syringes. You have to have a prescription. You can't just get them over the counter, because they don't want drug addicts to get their hands on them.

And Also The great thing about using syringes is if you have a rubber boot like CV axle that you don't want to get all messy repacking with grease you can can puncture a small hole and inject grease then seal it up with whatever glue epoxy you like sometimes they depending on syringe they will self seal. First time I saw this was on a 2004 Mercury Mountaineer for the Ball joints

For what application? There are countless versions/formulas of automotive greases as there are lubricants such as ATF, Engine oils, hydraulic fluids… and what quantifies best? You won’t be using this injectable oil in a differential or a ps system. See how vague your comment is? Lubricants are a very complex blend of base oils and a specific additive blend to meet the requirements of said application. Amsoil gets their base oils from Mobil so only a moron would say it’s crap. Other companies such as Redline, Neo, Motul are all small oil blenders who make great products. Love when some people on KZread just run off at the mouth about stuff they have no expertise in whatsoever. And I’m not saying you, just others in the comments. Lubricants are a very complex topic. Most people can’t appreciate that fact.

  • @nocandopdx

Can I ask which properties makes this stuff the best? What does it offer that other lubricants do not? Under what conditions is it superior to other brands? What exactly are you comparing your results to? I'm not sure I have ever found myself in need of some other product whenever using anything that is right for the job. If you're the type of guy who always turns to WD-40 for lubrication, i can see why you're having ongoing problems. It's the jack of no trades and anything half decent would be the best thing on the market for you.
