We Should All Be Storytellers | Sinjini Sengupta | TEDxYouth@TISB
"In the past jobs were about muscles, now they're about brains, but in future they'll be about the heart.” - Dame Shafik. Following her mission to bring hearts to work, Sinjini Sengupta left the world of numbers as an Actuarial leader to create the world of narratives as the Founder of Lighthouse. With this talk, she will help you discover Storytelling as a tool to heal, engage, connect, brand, network, build tribes, drive culture and create legacies. Because, the time has come to unleash the story power within each of us, so we can activate our creative forces and lead with our own, true, authentic voice.
An alumnus of the Indian Statistical Institute and a former Actuarial leader, Sinjini Sengupta left the world of numbers to create the world of narratives, following her mission to bring hearts to work with Storytelling. Sengupta is the award-winning author of the book Elixir, an internationally acclaimed keynote speaker, a Distinguished Toastmaster, and has spoken on TEDx multiple times on Gender, Leadership and Workplace Culture. Share it in person. Share it in society. At work. On social media. We have audience even in the one person we are talking to.
