WE SAVED OUR AIRPLANE!!! | New Garmin Avionics and Autopilot! (Part 1)
We literally had to tear our airplane apart in order to rescue it! In order to bring our aircraft back to life, we decided to make som emajor avionics upgrades. Brand new Garmin G600 Txi, Garmin GTN 750 and 650, and a brand new Garmin GFC600 Autopilot! THis panel upgrade is stunning. So many wires, modifications and an incredible amount of work went into our Cessna conquest in order to finish this upgrade. While we are at at... we might upgrade the interior as well! Cannot wait to finish it and get it back in the skies to fly it all over North America!!

Thanks!!! It really made this airplane one of a kind!!
Great vid Evan! I was lucky to fly this ship from steam gauges to 1st generation glass, she looks unbelievable now and I’m sure she’s a real joy to operate. Lucky you. 😊

Yes, all this music to add some drama is really not required to keep our attention. Thanks for the video, however.
Why did the aircraft need glass installed? There’s still a lot of aircraft that have steam gauges and at least one screen and autopilot system that runs the aircraft well. Is it an FAR I’m unaware of?
This is my dream airplane

haha it is a great airplane! :) One day you might have to come fly in the front seat!!
Nice video, my favourite turbo prop twin is the Merlin 300s with the Garett 900shp engines and winglets, 700 plus hrs on them.

I'm jealous. mmmmmmm. When are you coming to the Puget Sound again? Sorry I missed you last time.
Absolutely great panel! Just wondering, did you guys not see any value in changing out the GTN750 for the 750xi?

My pleasure bro 🙌🏽🙌🏽 . when are you posting part 2 of the avionics upgrade?
Do you need a new rating for that new avionics? And is this a private plane or a company plane?
Very impressive, it would take me 10 years to do this refit. 😂

All credit to the owners and the install techs! Haha it’s a big job
I presume since you're doing a new interior that they're putting in new insulation. I think the newer stuff has better sound deadening qualities and better thermal barrier qualities.
the new radar that can search turbulence wind clouds terrain wheather and even more by garmin

Sure didn't like the loud music. Cut it in future videos
Owner should have bought an Eclipse 550 instead. I really dislike old planes, such a mess of complexity. Even modern avionics is a mess and presumably intentional so they can overcharge for many trivial units instead of just one. All the functionality should be in one unit. There should be virtually no wiring.
