We Saved A Shore Bird Our Christmas Present To Mother Nature
While working on another video, my wife and, I came across a stuck banded bird.

Thank you It was a cool discovery . The tide had come up about 15 feet farther than where the bird was caught. About 2 inches of depth. Any more and that bird might not have made it.

He didnt make a sound at all until you let him go. It was like he was saying thank you as he flew off.

Were there numbers on the bands? If so, we would have reported those to WFDW. Since they may be tracking that.

The bands were so small and, my go pro couldn't focus close enough. It's banded for a reason I'm thinking we saved a snowy plover I'm not sure. The thing I did know was to release it as soon as I could.
